Monthly Poetry Nite Open Mic with Bev Hutchens invites poets and listeners to gather, share, and connect through spoken word in an intimate, supportive setting. Poetry is meant to be heard, we welcome writers of all styles and experience!

FULCRUM  -- A mixed media exhibit designed by revered Long Beach, CA, artist, educator and muralist, Gregory Pickens. This collection of nearly fifty works has taken three years to complete and represents Pickens’ interest in exploring mandalas and symmetry.

Enjoy an evening of mandala making with Artist in Residence, Greg Pickens either individually or as a couple or group. Also sample a variety of catered fondu delights -- all for an evening of fun doing!

Students will learn about the historical contributions of specific Historically Significant Field Journal Artists have made to both the art and science worlds. You will look at other watercolor notebook layouts and create the organization of your entries based on your interests.

These weekly watercolor classes are thoughtfully designed for both beginning and advanced painters, offering a welcoming environment where students can learn, explore, and grow at their own pace. Each session emphasizes skill development, creative confidence, and self-care.
