ARTIST BIO:
After 37 years as a hairstylist, creativity has always been at the center of my life.I never set out to become a painter - in fact, my first experience with color on canvas came accidentally. What began as coloring for anxiety therapy gradually opened the door to something deeper. The same instincts I relied on in hairstyling, intuition, balance and texture. The paint flows, the walls fall. I create like I'm running toward freedom, because that's exactly what I am doing. “I paint like I am breaking out of jail.”
